45% Milk Chocolate Olive oil


In developing our Milk recipe, we wanted to find the creaminess and warmth of hot chocolate drink with a hint of caramel flavours blending with cocoa. The addition of olive oil came out of several attempts to lift the cocoa flavours which we found to be undermined by the milk powder. The logic behind olive oil relies in its proximity of tastes with fermented dried cocoa beans at a pre-roasting stage.
