Our 70% meets crunchy caramelized Nangae nuts and a spark of sea salt. Roasting the Nangae lifts the flavour of this locally grown nut which we dip into caramel and freeze to get breakable blocks for addition into our 70% Dark. Sea salt crystals pop in your mouth and add a nice sparking finish to this intense chocolate and nut alliance.
